Sibulele brought together her extensive clinical experience with forward thinking entrepreneurialism to found Sibulele OT Practice in 2017. She obtained her BSc Occupational Therapy Honours Degree at the University of Western Cape. She has conducted assessments and provided treatment to infants as well as elderly people in different settings and ethnic groups. These different settings include working in hospitals, home visits, schools and work environment. Sibulele obtained experience in the Tygerberg Hospital Work Assessment Unit and that was when her interest started on FCEs and Medico Legal Work. She is passionate and committed to deliver excellent services without the waiting lists or red tape. Sibulele Occupational Services maintains close and successful relationships with its private, commercial and local authority clients consistently delivering a high quality and excellent service. Sibulele continuously enhances her practice by attending courses and conferences.
Head of Strategy & Operations
Tatenda is responsible for the medium to long-term strategic growth and development of the business. He joined the team with a purpose of helping to establish and implement a growth strategy for the business in line with the high expectations of our clients. He has been instrumental for growth, expansion and sustainability in all regional operations, as well as in terms of building a strong financial position and performance. Tatenda has extensive experience in strategic marketing and business operations management.
National Manager: Eastern Cape, Gauteng & Western Cape
Thandeka is our National Manager for Eastern Cape, Gauteng and Western Cape. She is responsible for supporting and growing our brand as well as developing engaging marketing campaigns to support business development and recruitment. Thandeka ensures that we have good geographical therapist coverage throughout these provinces as well as the quality of those therapists. She ensures they hold the correct registrations, have the right clinical experience and personal qualities to deliver -the highest quality care and service we pride ourselves on.
Client Services Manager
Maria is our Client Services Coordinator who oversees and manages our longer-term accounts by working closely with our clients and therapist on a daily basis. She joined the team in 2019 and brings excellent interpersonal skills, which she has developed over the years working on high profile projects for a range of clients. She regularly goes the extra mile to ensure clients genuinely feel valued and makes sure all administration, reports are in order and organised. Her main goal is to ensure that our clients are provided with a high-quality service and given the support they need.
